The Tim Hortons Event Centre refrigeration and HVAC system are critical to arena ice performance, dehumidification control, and building comfort.

The Town of Cochrane is seeking proposals from qualified mechanical/refrigeration contractors to complete the following three (3) separate but related mechanical upgrades:

  1. Sub-Floor Brine Circulation Pump Replacement
  2. Chiller Replacement
  3. Compressor Replacement

The Town will award the project to a single Proponent for all scopes.
