The intent of this Tender is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the following: 

The reconstruction of 3rd Avenue from 2nd Avenue to 5th Street (a distance of 0.36km) including  grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm sewers, water system, utility ducting and landscape restoration.
