The Corporation of the Town of Cochrane ("the Town") is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced residential developers and builders interested in acquiring and developing municipally-owned lands for the purpose of constructing new housing. This EOI is part of the Town's strategic effort to respond to increasing housing demand through innovative partnerships, while offering land at a highly affordable rate through its $10/Lot Program.
This initiative provides two exciting opportunities for residential development on surplus lands recently declared available by Council. The Town seeks proponents with a strong development track record and a clear vision for building sustainable, inclusive, and community-aligned housing projects. |
