The intent of this RFP is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the following: Complete reconstruction of a replica historic building, known as the Carriage Shed, in the Heritage Village at the Cochrane Polar Bear Habitat. The building must retain the historical appearance and character of the former structure. |
