The Corporation of the Town of Cochrane invites proposals from qualified planning and engineering consulting firms to undertake a Planning, Servicing and Development Feasibility Study for municipally owned lands located on Chalmers Avenue in the Town of Cochrane. The subject lands are being evaluated for potential future residential development. The primary objective of this assignment is to determine the achievable residential lot yield and the estimated cost to develop the subject lands into shovel-ready residential lots. The successful proponent shall provide all professional services necessary to complete the assignment described in Section 6 of this RFP. |
